General Office Hours

Monday- Thursday: 8am – 5pm

Friday- Sunday: Closed

Exeter Family Dental Care is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Please call for availability. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible.

If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Churchill provides many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. Because we know that your time is important, If we know ahead of time that we are running late we will make every attempt to contact you to inform you to come later or to reschedule your appointment.

Office Policy Regarding Scheduling

We respect the importance of your time and work very hard to schedule appointments that accommodate the busy scheduling needs of our patients. In return, we ask that all patients make every effort not to change reserved dental appointments. Broken and missed appointments create scheduling problems for other patients and for our office. If you must change a scheduled appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours (business days) notice so that we may accommodate another patient. A charge will be applied for broken or missed appointments without advance notification.

Dental Emergencies

We provide emergency care for patients during our regular office hours. Outside of those hours you will need to contact your local emergency room or urgent care center.
